Duties
  • Supervise and direct student aides
  • Daily use of Magic TSD ticket system for issue management and statistical analysis
  • Phone and hands-on user support for hardware, operating system, network, and application issues
  • Phone and hands-on hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis
  • Design and maintain web site
  • Configure and administer Instructional Technology systems
  • Support, troubleshoot, and maintain multimedia equipment, including video projectors
  • Develop technical reference material
